You may not be able to access your account for different reasons:
You’ve entered your password incorrectly
If you enter the wrong password five times when trying to log in, your account will be temporarily locked. Please wait five minutes and try again, or click the ‘Forgot?’ link in the login box to reset your password.
You’ve excluded yourself from playing
Once activated, our Self-Exclusion feature locks you out of your account. If you’re unable to access your account for this reason, please wait until your exclusion period is over - our customer service agents are not able to re-open your account before this time.
Your account is currently unavailable
An error message will be displayed when you attempt to log in, it will say 'Your account is currently unavailable.' Please check your email for more information about the block reason and how to recover access to your account.
To ensure that bonuses suit individual players, our customer service teams do not offer bonuses on request. Instead, our bonus teams create promotions and bonus offers tailored to each player's activity.

To verify your account, you need to upload digital photos or screenshots of certain documents. If we don’t receive these within a certain timeframe, we may have to restrict deposits, withdrawals or even account access.
